Solutions

We develop customised projects for companies and organisations, and to do this we offer a range of technological solutions divided into six areas. We also customise solutions geared towards many sectors.

Solutions

Search engines and knowledge management

We offer advanced solutions for the purpose of finding information in a specific way and managing unstructured knowledge; the aim is to make the processes of organisations that have large text collections and in which knowledge management is decisive more efficient and effective. We also offer solutions for running searches between languages for organisations that have information in various languages.

Firstly, suitable training data are needed, so information sources need to be properly identified and text collections need to be compiled and processed. After that, we adapt and integrate complex algorithms to conduct searches, facilitate questions and gather suitable answers. We offer a whole range of solutions, such as text classification, text grouping, named entity extraction, the linking of knowledge with data bases, opinion mining, document summarizing and information retrieval.

Machine translation

In machine translation, not only do we build our own technology and models, we also create and adapt models that are tailor-made for various organisations and companies. These include companies and organisations that manage large text volumes, those with personalisation needs and those for whom document management is essential.

We take the corpora and text collections of an organisation, train the model according to the organisation’s needs, and test the model; that way, we create high-quality machine translators, because we adapt our technology to the customer’s needs.

We aim to increase the personalisation, specific terminology, integration facilities and the availability and efficiency of these neural systems that have the potential to function with servers that have a lower computing capacity.

Voice cloning

We can create personalised, natural voices with very few recording hours. That way, companies can create their own voices that will strengthen their brand personalities and branding strategies; there are also many other possibilities: media podcasts, automatic dubbing, accessibility tools for students with reading difficulties, more humanised machine-human dialogues, plus voice rehabilitation and therapeutic treatment in healthcare.

Using the technology and technological capabilities we have in speech synthesis, we take recording hours, train our models, assess the results and build personalised or cloned voices. We work in many languages, including poorly-resourced ones to enable them to make the technological leap that is essential for them. We also develop voices that are gender neutral.

Automatic transcription and subtitling

We offer technological solutions for automatic transcription and subtitling by producing personalised speech recognition for companies, organisations or a specific field.

Live, automatic subtitling is also in great demand, so we have started working with many organisations to offer on-premises services adapted to their domains and for use in live broadcasts, lectures and meetings.

By adapting acoustic models and language models and by using transcribed corpora as the raw material, we train new models and develop transcription systems. We work in many languages, in many specific domains and with all kinds of problems. We deal with local variants, industrial environments, poorly-resourced languages and environments that pose a significant technological challenge.

Smart assistants

Facilitating customer communication and offering fast, personalised attention is an essential process for companies and organisations. Being able to deal in natural language with formalities, information requests or when consulting a manufacturing machine is hugely important for companies. The systems used to assist people in performing specific tasks are the most effective; for example, for administrative formalities, to make purchases or to respond to specific questions.

This is the key: to properly restrict the system one wishes to develop to specific domains, so that, through dialogue systems, the smart assistants correctly understand and appropriately manage what the user wants. It is also important to have a clear idea about the aim one wishes to achieve and be capable of adapting the technology for this purpose without vast amounts of training data. So we help integrative companies, public organisations and companies create smart assistants, virtual assistants and chatbots adapted to specific domains and tailored to the customer.

Data monitoring and analytics

The Internet and social media have become strategic sources of information; indeed, by processing their opinions, news and content we can interpret reality better. We are capable of analysing a company's digital reputation, gauging opinions about public policies or detecting digital narratives thanks to the technological capabilities we have in the area of opinion mining, emotion analysis and information extraction; some of these tasks include key word extraction, polarity gauging, automatic classification and entity extraction.

The ability to automatically interpret the narrative reality produced by the mass media and social media is of great strategic importance for high impact and high visibility companies, for the evaluation of public policies, for the smart management of tourism and for companies intending to deploy new interpretation tools. But also for departments or agencies that require advanced marketing and communication tools and for social organisations keen to bring about social changes.
